New Addition to the Family...

Casey and I are proud to announce It's a Boy!!!! 

Isn't he the cutest!!! His name is Ochi (after the city we stayed in for our Honeymoon)

He will be picking him up on July 21st. You are welcome to come meet him anytime after that if you like

Ok So we have now officially been married 1 month! Can you believe it. The last entry said it was one month till the wedding...Time is flying incredibly fast!!

Wow, so there you have it! The highlights from one of the most important days of my life. It's crazy to think that day is over...but the reality is now Casey and I have the rest of our lives to make memories together!

T- Minus 1 Month

I cannot believe it!! Only 30 days left of singleness...Woo hoo! I am so stinkin excited

As the wedding day approaches, I have come to realize that I have enjoyed my singleness! Its sounds crazy I know, but the reality is that there were so many things that God built into me over the years, that I could not have recieved had God not been selfish with me and kept me all to himself. That really is such a special season of life. Now I am not saying it was always easy, but it was so worth it and such a valuable time that I will always be thankful for. 

For those of you who are single, I know that what I shared is probably not what you wanted to hear. But I promise when you are finally on the path to marriage, you will know what I mean. This revelation is not learned its experienced. But I urge you to make the best of your time as a single and pursue God like never before. Because the reality is as great as relationships are...and trust me they are amazing! They do not fufill the void and they only bring more challenge along with them. And if you are not ready for it...it will be much harder road to walk when you get to that point.

God has treasures he wants to build into you as a single so you can be a blessing to no only your future spouse but to God in that season.
